Zaftig is a Yiddish word meaning ripe or luscious, and is commonly applied to curvaceous women. This blog celebrates these women principally through the lens of my cameras. They are not professional models. They are the ladies next door. The ladies you might see in the grocery store or pharmacy.

The Lady In Waiting
The well dressed lady waiting for her lover. She is dressed to the nines.
But right now he seems not interested in her offer so in her further attempt to arouse him she appears sans boa. Do you think he may be interested now?
